When you get your scratched discs back from us, they will typically appear in like-new condition. At the very worst you'll notice some of the printed text around the center of the playing surface worn away and a slight, almost undetectable circular pattern generated from the wet-sanding process. In general, your DVD, CD or game CD will look brand spanking new. |

Our equipment can sand away even the deepest of scratches. In a DVD, there is a thin layer of foil around the center of the disc - if the scratch is deep but does not reach this foil layer, we can repair it. For a game or music CD, the foil layer is just below the label on the non-playable side, meaning that even deeper gauges can be repaired before the disc becomes unplayable. |
