ScratchGone.com is owned by VTO Enterprises Inc. ("VTO"). We require accurate contact and delivery information for the processing of orders. VTO will not sell or trade or otherwise distribute your information to other parties to the best of our knowledge, information and belief. We may contact you if there is a question about your order, and might on occasion send an email about special promotions, but will make every reasonable effort not to annoy our customers. We hate spam and we hate the idea of cold-calling. Phone calls are limited to questions about current orders only and emails are kept to a minimum.
We make every reasonable effort to protect your information. Address and credit card information is entered on secure, encrypted pages to prevent the theft of information over the Internet. We take precautions to prevent the hacking of our servers and payment information is always encrypted and/or stored at a remote location that is not accessible from the Internet. While we protect your information to the fullest reasonable extent, we will not delete your information from our private database.
